Due the relocation of the current incumbent we are seeking a passionate and dynamic FM professional to join our client’s dedicated Facilities team to take on the Operational Management of their CBD facility.

You will have experience with corporate facilities management coupled with a strong understanding of OHandamp;S policies and procedures and risk management; maintaining high standards of building presentation, tenant and customers liaison regarding fit-outs, maintenance, general issues and management of contractors and contracts.

This position is offering a salary of $60,000 + Super - immediate start.
