Our client, a global Medical Devices company, currently requires an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a medium sized team, responsible for providing cost-effective, efficient logistics functions for a wide range of home healthcare products and mobility equipment.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of Store personnel and drivers to deliver accurate and timely orders to a wide range of clients. As the key distribution centre for QLD, your strengths will include warehouse optimisation, team leadership and accurate stock management.
This career-building role requires:
- Previous experience in a leadership position within a warehouse
- Development and planning of direct staff
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective Management of OH&S
- WMS and ERP systems (JDE/Oracle/SAP) experience is essential
- Demonstrated experience within FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing
- Change management and process improvement.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- End-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain
- Relevant Tertiary quals or training.
