Child care Group Leader - near St Lucia

A re you passionate about working with children and have a can do attitude ?

Our client is looking for candidates for a Group Leader position in the Toddler room. Applicants will need to hold their completed Diploma in Children\'s Services and have experience within the childcare industry.

As a group leader you will be required to implement a dynamic, exciting program reflecting each child\'s individual interests. Time is allocated (non-contact time) to you and the Assistant to brain storm ideas for the learning programs. 

The centre is a small, very friendly centre and prides itself on the community focus of the children\'s needs. Room sizes are smaller compared to most other centres.

Full time hours with an RDO (Rostered Day Off) per month, as an option.
