Our Brisbane office is currently seeking a Consultant to join our very successful and dedicated Early Years Division to build an already warm temp desk.
The job description for this position is as follows:
- Make sales calls to existing clients
- Service existing clients.
- Develop working relationships with new clients
- Sale visits and meeting clients
- Fill bookings
- Interview candidates
- Grow your desk week on week
- Build relationships with you candidates
- Report in at the end of your week to your Team Leader
- Maintaining our reputation for the highest standards of customer service in the education staffing services industry.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
- Background in Sales
- A knowledge of the Early Childhood Industry
- Motivated
- High energy levels
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Passion to succeed in a busy working environment
- Team focused yet individual in style
- Excellent Time management
- Hold a current drives license
