This unique and innovative service looks at providing outreach support to people who are experiencing primary or chronic homelessness.  Through intensive case management the service looks at offering a tailored approach to each person and their individual circumstances. 

Joining the team as the Case Worker you will provide case management and support to clients within the service through the provision of outreach and support services within the values of Mission Australia and in keeping with the required activities and outcomes of the service.  

Naturally you will be a self motivated individual with initiative and energy and have the ability to get along with all types of people. 

You will be required to have tertiary qualifications in Social Services, Social Work; Psychology or Behavioural Sciences and flexibility to work over a 7 day week.
